We will notify you by e-mail of any books that are already sold at the time of your order. We will fill and ship the rest of the order as soon as possible. Please feel free to call us and confirm availability. Forms of Payment We accept checks and all major credit cards. Return Policy Books are fully refundable if not as described. Shipping All deliveries within the United States are shipped by your choice of U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail ($7.50 for the first volume, $2.00 for each additional volume) or U.S. Postal Service Book Rate/Media Mail ($4.50 for the first volume, $1.50 for each additional volume). Shipping charges from each Bookman location are calculated separately. Slightly higher charges for excessive weight. Please ask us for international rates. Orders from our two locations will be billed and shipped separately. Book Buying Policy WHEN:     We trade/buy books Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM       WHAT:   Mass Market Paperbacks for credit only Hardcovers, non-fiction preferred. We do not take textbooks or Book Club editions.       CREDIT:   Store credit can be used to pay for up to 1/2 of your Bookman purchase. For example If you're buying a $10.00 book, you can use $5 of store credit. The other $5 must be paid with cash, card, or check. We offer, in store credit, 1/3 of what we can sell the book for. This 1/3 can vary, more or less, depending upon our current inventory or demand. EXAMPLE: Credit may be less than the 1/3 for books for which we have multiple copies or those in low demand. Credit may be higher for books which sell very well. MASS MARKET PAPERBACKS: We issue a separate Pocketbook credit slip. This credit slip can be used on pocket-sized paperbacks, including Juvenile chapterbooks and books on sale carts outside. STOREWIDE CREDIT: for all other books we issue storewide credit. This slip is good on all books with few exceptions. Credit slips can not be used on books marked "New Books" or Books in the Collectible Cases, or Select Leatherbound Books. Credit slips do not expire, do not have to be used all at one time, and are valid only at the store location where issued.       CASH:   Cash-Buy price is less than credit. Price is calculated on a book by book basis. We are more selective with cash buys. The Bookman buys books from many sources. We DO NOT necessarily buy all books back that have been purchased in our store. Again, we can only take back books for which there is a need.
